Abstract

Maluku's exports in April 2019 reached US$ 1.25 million, increased by around 49.76 percent compared to exports in March 2019. Exports came from the non-oil and gas sector with the destination countries, namely Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and the United States. The biggest export was headed to the United States with a value of US$ 0.88 million.

Maluku's imports in April 2019 amounted to US$ 33.87 million or increased by around 151.47 percent compared to imports in March 2019. Imported commodities came from the oil and gas sector and the non-oil and gas sector. During January-April 2019, Maluku's import origin countries were Singapore, Malaysia and South Korea. The biggest import came from Singapore with a value of US $ 51.72 million.
