Abstract

The room occupancy rate of starred hotels in Maluku in April 2019 reached 34.15 percent, increased by 1.62 points compared to the value in March 2019, but decreased by 9.92 points compared to the value in April 2018. The average length of stay of foreign guests in starred hotels in Maluku in April 2019 was 3.83 days or increased by 0.20 points compared to the value in March 2019. Meanwhile, the average length of stay of domestic guests in starred hotels in Maluku in April 2019 was 2.46 days, also increased by 0.33 points compared to the value in March 2019.

On the other hand, the room occupancy rate of other accommodation in Maluku in April 2019 reached 21.78 percent or decreased by 0.17 points compared to the value in March 2019. The average length of stay of foreign guests in other accommodations in Maluku in April 2019 was 2.81 days, while the average length of stay of domestic guests was 1.63 days, respectively increasing by 0.59 points and 0.09 points compared to the value in March 2019.
