Abstract

The room occupancy rate of starred hotel in Maluku in January 2019 reached 23.77 percent or decreased by 15.82 points compared to the value in December 2018. When compared to the value in January 2018 which was recorded at 26.73 percent, the room occupancy rate of starred hotel in Maluku in January 2019 was decreased by 2.96 points.
The average length of stay of foreign guests in starred hotels in Maluku in January 2019 is 5.13 days, increased by 0.93 points compared to December 2018 and increased by 0.98 points compared to January 2018. Meanwhile, the average length of stay of domestic guests in starred hotels in Maluku in January 2019 were 1.71 days or decreased by 0.18 points compared to December 2018 and decreased by 0.16 points compared to January 2018.
