Abstract

Room occupancy rate (TPK) star hotels in Maluku month of July 2016 reached 28.88 percent, up 0.83 points compared to June2016. However, when compared with TPK in July 2015 when it stood at 29.84 percent, TPK star hotel in Maluku experience a decrease of 0.96 points. TPK-star hotel in Maluku period January - July 2016 reached 37.28 percent, down 0.32 point compared toJanuary-July, 2015.
The number of guests staying at the hotel in Maluku during the month of July 2016 as many as 7648 people, with the details of as many as 153 foreign guests and domestic guests as many as 7,495 people. Compared with June 2016, the number of guests in July 2016 increased by around 15.65 percent. Similarly, when compared with July 2015, there were 5,907 people, the number of guestsin July 2016 increased by around 29.47 percent.
